She is the "Asia’s Songbird" and the newest face of GMA Remake Trilogy. She starred in the remake of Kim Samsoon, the No. 1 Koreanovela of 2008. Aside from being Asia’s Songbird, she was known all over Asia and all over the world. Her name is also famous in South Korea where Kim Samsoon originated. She is an award winning singer and actress, and her tv programs and movies are surely a hit. She is the Philippine Version of Thalia singing the theme song of Marimar (a Philippine remake). Now, Regine has a weekly show entitled Songbird.
